1. Open your mobile’s Messages app and click on any of the existing conversations or add a new one.
2. Click on the keyboard and locate the Animoji button (monkey face-like icon) at the bottom of the screen.

4. This will show you a variety of features to choose from, such as skin, skin color, hairstyle, hair color, eyes and its detailing, nose, and lips, ears, eyewear, and headwear.

Sharing the Memoji

You can share your Animoji, including a Memoji, with the Messages app on the iPhone or iPad. Follow these steps after opening the Messages app:

1. Click on the conversation with anyone with whom you would like to share the Memoji or Animoji.
2. Click on the Animoji button that has a monkey face like icon.
3. Scroll right and left on the Character Selector window to choose from any of your desired Animoji characters. You will find a complete list of Memojis you created.
4. After selecting a particular Animoji, tap on the Record button appearing at the bottom right corner of the Animoji window screen.
5. Record your message for 30 seconds or less. To stop your message before 30 seconds, click on the Stop button.
6. To stop recording or deleting the message, click on the Delete button that looks like a red bin appearing at the left side corner of the Animoji window screen.
7. If you are satisfied with your recording, then click on the send button that looks like an upward-facing Arrow in a blue circle.
