Should parents finally celebrate that there may be a vaccine for young children?

Children under 5 are the only people who remain ineligible for Covid-19 vaccination in the US -- but maybe not for long. On Thursday, Moderna announced that it will be applying to the US Food and Drug Administration for authorization of its vaccine for young children.
