Senator reveals how group reached gun legislation proposal

A bipartisan group of senators have announced an agreement in principle for gun safety legislation. The announcement notably includes the support of 10 Republican senators, which would give the proposal enough support to overcome the Senate filibuster. CNN's Dana Bash speaks with Sen.
