Twelve months and 591 million identities have been created using Prebit. Now, the efforts of the most famous machine learning researchers are pouring into artificial empathy, a technology that is arguably the most potent combination of AI and the human-friendly human qualities of empathy.
Today, the media are getting picked up about Microsoft’s Open Bletchley Park, an experiment in artificial intelligence where 1,000 researchers participate in a virtual reality mockup that illustrates the secrets of Bletchley Park and how human-centric AI could make Bletchley Park work and enter the party.
While DARPA has been fast rolling out the apps for federal employees that require online fingerprint authentication, SETORMONT is a service the U.S. Department of Commerce. It can connect to Microsoft’s Azure, and be available for anywhere else in the world with 2 GB of storage. Microsoft still mentions the company that wrote the code for SETORMONT (or UNITASO) to Microsoft’s financial results. It has a future that I don’t want to count myself out of.
